Elementary Sports Introduction
Our elementary sports programs are designed to give students the opportunity to stay active, build confidence, and develop healthy habits while having fun. Our goal is to provide age-appropriate athletic experiences that support physical, social, and emotional growth.
We offer sports in the Fall, Winter and Spring. Each school chooses to participate in specific sports.

Middle School Sports
Middle School Sports Introduction
Our middle school sports program offers students the opportunity to develop athletic skills, build teamwork, and stay active in a supportive and structured environment. Whether trying a new sport or honing existing talents, students are encouraged to participate, grow, and represent their school with pride. Through healthy competition and team spirit, our athletics program promotes responsibility, resilience, and school community.

Participation Forms
- To be eligible for athletic participation, each student must complete and submit the online application accessible at homecampus.com. School administration will review the application and notify the student and parent of clearance to participate in athletics. Instructions for completion and submission of home campus application is at this link.
- Athletes must have a yearly physical from a qualified physician who completes, signs, and stamps the SCUSD Sports Physical Form. The signed and stamped form must be uploaded into the home campus account in order to be considered for athletic clearance.
- Fill out the ASES Program Application.
Athletic Participation Data
Pursuant to California Education Code § 221.9, schools that offer competitive athletics must annually publish athletic participation data. For historical athletic participation information, select a school year below:
